1. Monitor carefully through NMS (Network Management System) and
react timeously to all network faults.
2. Alarms analyzing and assigning to Huawei MS, Helios or Orange
3. P0/P1 incidents are communicated to ANOC and all stakeholders by
calls, SMS, e-mails, WhatsApp group.
4. Follow up, share updates of P0/P1 until the resolution.
5. Provide incident to the supervisor and share the incident report of
P0/P1
6. React timeously to service/customer complaints.
7. Ensuring the first line support to the field teams in fault detection and
location.
8. Correct logging of failures of all networks elements in the FMS
(Remedy).
9. Report timeously Incidents/ problems to relevant departments,
partners by email, call and SMS broadcast.
10. Escalate all failures to supervisor as per Fault handling and
escalation procedure.
11. Follow up all network faults and customer complaints until full
restoration.
12. Follow up and ensure that all planned works (job orders) or
Changes are implemented in maintenance window as per procedure.
13. Update job orders completion status in CMS (Change
Management System)
14. Alarms testing with field engineers
15. Routine test of system.
16. Report all loss of network element supervision.
17. Provide the daily network reports with respect to faults.
18. Control of site access.
19. Control network configuration changes..
20. Make hand-over of all network faults/ and new information
recorded with the next team.
21. Provide the shift report.
